I Am Celestine Cities of Light

The objective of I Am Celestine Cities of Light is to:

• Build new cities that will hold between 500,000 to 1 million residents.

• The location of the cities will be at a minimum of 120 feet above sea level to avoid flooding if sea levels were to rise as projected.

• Provide free housing to people who wish to relocate to these new state-of-the-art cities.
