I Am Employment
The I Am Employment program intendeds to stabilize the economy no matter what mother nature sends our way, whether it is an earthquake, tornado, hurricane, pandemic, etc.
The I Am Employment Program will ensure your place of employment stays open long into the future. By partnering with the business, the program offsets the labor cost of the employees, and benefits includeing health and dental insurance, disability insurance and a pension/retirement plan.
The program will also lower the daily and weekly work hours to give the employee more time to spend with their family or volunteer in the community, which will provide a happier, and more productive employees.
