I Am Global I Am is dedicated to bringing joy and happiness to the residents of Utuado. A way of doing this is to provide activities that are family friendly and tourist attractions. The below listed items will accomplish our goals.

Downtown Paint Project

We will paint all the buildings in the downtown area with a per-selected style. The community will decide on what the style will be. The goal is to have uniformity, cleanliness, and appeal to residents and tourists.

The below images of Old San Juan are an example of what a coordinated effort and design can do for a community.

Annual Mural Contest

Utuado will sponsor a downtown residential property mural contest.

  • Artist from all over the island will be invited to participate in a themed mural contest.

  • Prizes will be given in various categories.

  • Each category's grand prize will be $100,000.

  • The annual mural contest will be part of a three day art festival.

  • Residents and visitors may vote for the winner(s).

  • Winner will be announced on the last day of the arts festival.

Lake Activities

Lake activities include paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, jet-skiing, fly-boarding, boating and zip lining.

Lake Side Cottages

We will build lake side cottages / cabanas that will make your stay in Utuado a memorable one.

Below you will see examples of various styles of what we could build along the lakes of Utuado.

We would like to build modern/futuristic style cabanas on or near the lake.

River Walk

We propose and will fund the building of a 1.8-mile river walk that starts at the Cabrera bridge and runs all the way through downtown and ends at the metal bridge at the end of Ave. Estevez.

The river walk will be enjoyed by the entire community and tourists.

  • Seniors citizens can take long walks for exercise and sunlight.

  • Residents and tourists can walk, jog or bike on the river walk.

  • Parents with young children can wade in the shallow river.

1.8 mile one way or 3.6 mile round trip river walk.

Pyramid Hotel

We propose and will fund a 369 foot tall pyramid hotel with 33 floors.

The hotel will have 620 rooms available for occupancy and will create 1200 jobs.

Schools in Utuado

We intend to fund the building of new state-of-the-art schools in Utuado.

Each school will have its own indoor gymnasium, theater, library, and lockers for students to store their books or laptops.

Every school will be provided with all the equipment and supplies a school and teacher needs to perform their job.

The two initial schools we plan on rebuilding are:

  • Felix Seijo Elementary School

  • School at 174 Ave Estevez

Utuado Plaza

We will fund the remodeling of the antiquated plaza. It is our understanding the plans are already in the works to remodel the plaza. We will coordinate with the municipality to ensure they have enough funds to remodel the plaza to become the envy of the entire island.

Automated Parking Garages

Utuado will soon become a very popular place to live and visit. Because of this we need to address the lack of parking in the downtown area.

We can fix the problem by building four 9-story automated parking garages with offices, strategically located around the down town area. Six floors for parking and 3 floors for offices.

1. Parking lot on Dr. Cueto across from Anita's Cafe

2. Parking lot on Dr. Cueto across from Centro Deportivo Guarionex

3. Parking lot across from hospital

4. Parking lot on Betances behind police station


Roof top will have a restaurant and dance floor.
